Titan Bear delivers orders throughout Pakistan using third-party courier services. This policy explains processing times, delivery estimates, charges, tracking and the procedure for damaged or delayed shipments.

1. Delivery area

We currently deliver to serviceable addresses within Pakistan.

Courier availability can vary in remote locations, restricted areas and certain regions. We may contact you when a courier cannot service the address provided.

2. Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed or confirmed.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on Sundays or on public holidays are processed on the following business day.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pakistan time may be dispatched on the same business day, but same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.

Processing time is separate from courier-delivery time.

3. Cash-on-delivery confirmation

Cash on delivery is available in courier-serviceable areas.

Titan Bear may confirm a cash-on-delivery order through:

  • Telephone call
  • SMS
  • WhatsApp
  • Email

An unconfirmed order may be placed on hold or cancelled.

Customers with repeated refused or undelivered orders may be asked to pay in advance for future purchases.

Cash-on-delivery orders

The applicable cash-on-delivery or shipping charge is displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

5. Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Destination Estimated time
Major cities 3–5 business days
Smaller cities and towns 4–7 business days
Remote or limited-service areas 5–8 business days

Major cities can include Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and other regularly serviced locations.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

6. Possible delays

Delivery may be delayed because of:

  • Public holidays
  • Severe weather
  • Road closures
  • Political disruptions
  • Courier capacity
  • Remote-area routing
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Customer unavailability
  • Security restrictions
  • Events beyond the reasonable control of Titan Bear or its courier partners

We will help investigate delayed orders, but third-party courier delays can occasionally occur.

7. Order tracking

When tracking becomes available, it may be shared through email, SMS or WhatsApp.

Tracking information can take several hours after dispatch to appear in the courier’s system.

Customers can contact Titan Bear when tracking has not updated for an unusually long period.

8. Correct delivery information

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Full recipient name
  • Active telephone number
  • Complete street address
  • Area, town and city
  • Nearby landmark when helpful
  • Correct postal code when applicable

Contact us immediately after ordering when information needs to be corrected.

Once the parcel has been dispatched, an address change might not be possible. Additional delivery costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

9. Delivery attempts

The courier may call the recipient before delivery.

Please keep the provided telephone number active and arrange for someone to receive the parcel.

When delivery fails because the customer:

  • Does not answer the courier
  • Is repeatedly unavailable
  • Provides an incorrect address
  • Refuses a correctly supplied order

the parcel may be returned to Titan Bear.

Re-delivery may require advance payment of the new shipping charge.

10. Inspecting the parcel

Before accepting the shipment, inspect the outer packaging where possible.

Do not accept a parcel that is:

  • Open
  • Severely damaged
  • Visibly leaking
  • Missing the courier label
  • Clearly tampered with

Ask the courier to record the issue where possible and contact Titan Bear immediately.

For hidden damage discovered after opening, contact us within 48 hours and provide photographs or an unboxing video.

11. Shilajit resin during warm weather

Natural resin may become softer during transportation in warm weather. This does not necessarily indicate spoilage or damage.

After delivery:

  • Keep the jar upright.
  • Check that the lid and protective seal are intact.
  • Store the product according to its label.
  • Keep it away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
  • Do not consume it if the jar arrived leaking, open or contaminated.

12. Lost shipments

Contact us when an order is substantially overdue.

We will open an investigation with the courier. Courier investigations can require several business days.

When the shipment is confirmed as lost before successful delivery, Titan Bear will normally offer:

  • A replacement, subject to stock availability; or
  • A refund of the amount paid

A parcel shown as delivered may require confirmation with the courier, recipient and delivery location before a resolution is provided.

13. Incorrect or missing products

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery when:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • An item is missing.
  • The quantity is incorrect.

Send photographs of the parcel, courier label, invoice and received contents. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

14. Order changes and cancellation

Contact us immediately when you need to change or cancel an order.

Changes and cancellations are normally possible only before dispatch. After dispatch, courier and return charges may apply.
