Return and Refund Policy

At Titan Bear, we want every order to arrive correctly, securely and in good condition. Please read this policy before making a purchase.

1. Return-request period

You may request a return within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.

A return request does not automatically guarantee approval. The product must meet the eligibility requirements below.

2. Returns for unopened products

A product may be returned when:

  • It is unused and unopened.
  • The protective seal is intact.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The label, jar, box and accessories are not damaged.
  • Proof of purchase from titanbear.store is available.
  • The return request is submitted within 15 calendar days of delivery.

Products purchased from another website, marketplace, reseller or physical retailer must be returned to the original seller.

3. Opened or used supplements

Because Shilajit is an ingestible product, opened or used products cannot normally be returned because of a change of mind, taste preference, texture preference or lack of a particular result.

Opened products may still qualify for a replacement or refund when:

  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product was expired when delivered.
  • There is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Individual experiences can vary, and Titan Bear does not guarantee a specific physical, health or performance result.

4. Damaged or incorrect orders

Inspect your parcel as soon as it arrives.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery when:

  • The jar is broken.
  • The parcel appears opened or tampered with.
  • The protective seal is missing or broken.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • An item is missing from your order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The customer’s full name
  • Photographs of the outer courier packaging
  • A photograph showing the shipping label
  • Photographs or a short video showing the damaged or incorrect product

Keep the product, packaging and courier bag until the claim has been resolved. Do not consume a product that arrived open, damaged, contaminated.

Once verified, Titan Bear may offer a replacement, store credit or refund.

5. Natural resin consistency

Shilajit resin can become softer or firmer depending on temperature. A normal change in consistency during warm or cold weather does not, by itself, mean that the product is defective.

A claim may still be submitted when the container is damaged, unsealed or shows signs of contamination.

6. How to request a return

Before sending anything back, contact Titan Bear through:

Include your order number and the reason for the request.

Do not send a product to any address without approval. If the return is accepted, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

7. Return shipping charges

Titan Bear will pay or reimburse reasonable return-delivery charges when:

  • We delivered an incorrect product.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • A verified manufacturing defect exists.

For an approved change-of-mind return involving an unopened product, the customer is responsible for return-delivery charges.

Original shipping charges and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Titan Bear.

8. Product inspection

Returned products are inspected after they reach us.

A return can be declined when:

  • The product has been opened or used without an eligible defect.
  • The protective seal has been removed.
  • The item is returned without its original packaging.
  • The product was damaged through misuse or improper storage.
  • The batch or product differs from the item originally supplied.
  • The return was sent without approval.
  • The request was made outside the applicable period.

We will contact you when additional information is required.

9. Refund processing

Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Prepaid-order refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method where possible.

For cash-on-delivery orders, an approved refund may be sent through:

  • Bank transfer
  • Easypaisa
  • JazzCash
  • Another mutually agreed method

You must provide accurate account information. Titan Bear is not responsible for a delay caused by incorrect payment details.

After a refund has been initiated, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete it.

10. Exchanges and replacements

When an eligible product is available, you may choose a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement availability depends on current inventory. When the same item is unavailable, we may offer:

  • An alternative product with your agreement
  • Store credit
  • A refund

11. Order cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible when you need to cancel an order.

An order can normally be cancelled only before it has been packed or handed to the courier. Once dispatched, it will be handled under the return rules above.

Payment-processing charges that cannot be recovered may be deducted only when clearly disclosed and permitted.

12. Refused cash-on-delivery orders

Customers should refuse a parcel only when it is visibly damaged, tampered with or not the order they placed.

Repeated refusal of confirmed cash-on-delivery orders may result in:

  • Cash on delivery being unavailable for future orders
  • Advance payment being required
  • Re-delivery charges being requested
